underwhelming experience

The fire alarm decided to have a party in the middle of the night. It nearly gave me a heart attack! then, i thought i'd treat myself to a steak, but it was tougher than an old boot. the spa area was a bit of a letdown too. It was dirty, a bit smelly, and the hot tub seemed to have lost its bubbles. it was certainly not the relaxing experience i'd hoped for.

The staff were friendly, especially the waiter in the restaurant one evening. He was very cute. The pool was lovely and warm. It was not very busy. Breakfast had plenty of options.

The room was wrong at first. Eventually, it got sorted. The back and forth was a bit of a pain. There was a wedding, so it was loud. People ran up and down corridors even after midnight, ruining the time.

There were several issues . The shower handle was very stiff, and i could barely turn the tap on. the reception staff forgot to book my dinner reservation at the fairway grill. this meant i had to wait at the bar until a table became available, it was frustrating. a dirty towel from the spa staff added to my disappointment.

the room was very large and quiet. the bed provided excellent comfort. the gym had adequate equipment for a solid workout. breakfast offered a good buffet with plenty of options.

Ants were present by the pool and sauna area. this was a minor inconvenience. Though the overall cleanliness was good, this area needs attention.
